Asian Fusion is a chinese takeout in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 1739 Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148, which places it among the local businesses of Philadelphia that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as japanese restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ11 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (215) 660-9558. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, asianfusionpassyunkave.com.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The sweet and spicy glazed chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, paired with fresh broccoli for a nice balance. The curry had a rich, fragrant flavor that felt warm and comforting, and the omelet dish was golden, fluffy, and packed with taste. Portions were generous, everything came out hot, and the presentation was spot on. Definitely a place Iβd recommend if you want flavorful dishes that look as good as they taste!

I want to provide an honest and transparent review of my experience at Asian Fusion. I was initially drawn to this place due to another reviewer's praise for the General Tso's chicken. After two visits and three meals, I must say that the General Tso's chicken was a 6/10 (not pictured), and my overall rating for Asian Fusion is a 3/10. It might have been even lower if it weren't for the surprisingly delightful sauce accompanying the beef and broccoli. Despite the commendable sauce, my experience left much to be desired. To begin, the food was severely undercooked. The chicken wings had an overly soft exterior, the French fries were disappointingly soggy, and the rice was mushy and watery. This level of undercooking was unprecedented for me. I had to use an air fryer for an additional 3 minutes to ensure the chicken wings were properly cooked (as pictured). Furthermore, the staff's practice of keeping the door open led to an influx of flies, which, while not uncommon in Chinese restaurants, was noticeable. Even after using the air fryer to salvage the undercooked items and mixing the beef and broccoli with the rice, the meal still only reached an average standard at best. Given th

This is my favorite Chinese food take-out spot in the area and with good reason! Very big portions (enough to last me two to three meals) and very friendly staff members. My go-to order is either the General Tsoβs chicken combo platter or the sesame chicken combo platter. The honey boneless ribs are also a tasty appetizer. I usually call in my order and itβs ready for pick-up in 10-20 minutes, depending on how busy they are. My meals are always well packaged. If youβre looking for a quick and delicious meal, look no further!

Decided to give this recently-opened spot a try for takeout, and happy we did! Quality, no-nonsense, delicious Chinese food. We have tried our share of Chinese places in the area, but found most of them pretty lackluster. The food here was non-greasy, the vegetables were fresh, the staff were very friendly, and the interior seemed clean and pleasant (from our curbside vantage point, as they are only open for delivery and takeout at the moment). Very happy to have found our new neighborhood takeout standby!
